A soundly constructed Mirecourt instrument with good attention to detail, note the fluting to the F holes and black outline to the bevels of the scroll, the violins from this workshop are always well made and with a very pleasant sound. In good condition without damage or repairs just some varnish dings and imperfections. The back length is: 14 inches, (35.6cm.). Just set up with new Dominant strings, fine quality rosewood fittings and supplied in a new lightweight case. A sonorous violin with a well balanced tone and lots of volume. excellent value, recommended!
