Another lovely violin from one of the most sought after makers of the period, Georges Apparut. In near mint condition, just the smallest of blemishes and in the style of Guarneri as with most of the Apparut violins. George Apparut aquired the workshops of Charotte - Millot and some of his instruments are labelled as such, many think that this was his best period. The back length is: 14 inches (35.5 cm.). Set up with fine quality rosewood fittings including the original pegs, Dominant strings and supplied in a new light weight case. This is a fine instrument to play with the usual rich responsive Apparut sound. A lovely instrument for player or collector, recommended!
