Sound clip not available.
A Carlo Bergonzi copy, circa 1900. £875.00 stock no. WP02
Handel F maj. Sonata.

A good sound instrument with lots of character. Condition is very good, one small ancient glued saddle split but other than this just varnish wear and imperfections, the varnish has a funky look which adds to the ancient look of this instrument. The length of the one piece back is 14.3/16 inches (36 cm.). Branded inside on the back, "copie de" and an ancient Bergonzi label. The violin has a full rich tone and is well balanced. A violin with character!
