An excellent pernambuco bow from the J.Thibouville-Lamy workshops stamped Albert Claudot, purchased by Claudot who was a violin maker in Dijon (mustard!) and sold as one of his own. The bow was made around 1930. Mounted with a Vuillaume style frog and with a fine stick of good colour. Just one or two small blemishes but otherwise a very nice bow that plays well. New hair
